We stand behind the quality of VitaFlow products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window
You may return VitaFlow products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Refund Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Ship the unopened product back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened VitaFlow products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective VitaFlow product, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
